1. Print model. I use PETG material.
2. Replace this part.
3. Printing with basic filament (PLA, PETG, ABS) for verification purposes.
4. If testing print passed without errors – everything is ready to print.
5. Retract TPU material in hotand.
6. Printing test XYZ cube or other models for testing.

Basic 3d printer settings for TPU:

• 220C – extruder, 60-70 bed.
• not retract or 40mm/s speed and 5mm size of retract.
• Little retract – filament gets stuck.
